Agent Membership & Lead Services

Universal Life Insurance Services is a life insurance agency in Porterville, California. Besides serving families with life insurance and retirement solutions, we provide office space, CRM software and lead generation to the licensed agents who work with our agency.

Available only to licensed insurance agents contracted with Universal Life Insurance Services. Not offered to the general public.

Products & Pricing

All prices in US dollars. Monthly plans are billed automatically every month from the date of purchase.

  • 180 Spanish-language life insurance leads per month (6 per day)
  • $7 per lead
  • Leads come from our own Facebook ad campaigns, where consumers request information about life insurance
  • Each lead goes to one agent only, delivered straight to the agent's CRM

How It Works

Agents order and pay through a secure online order form on our website.

The agent opens the order form from our agent dashboard and selects their name.

The agent chooses the Office Package and, if they want, adds the Lead Package.

Payment is made by card through our secure payment processor. A receipt is emailed.

Services start right away. Leads are delivered to the agent's CRM each day.

Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective September 25, 2026.

Billing

  • The Office Package and Lead Package are monthly subscriptions. They renew automatically on the same day each month until canceled.
  • Lead Packs are a one-time charge.
  • If a monthly payment fails, lead delivery is paused until the payment is completed. We will notify the agent.

Cancellation

  • Agents can cancel the Office Package or the Lead Package at any time by contacting us by email or phone.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. No further charges are made after that.
  • The Lead Package can be canceled on its own; the Office Package stays active.

Refunds

  • Office Package: not refundable once the billing month has started, because the office space and software are provided for that month.
  • Lead Package and Lead Packs: leads already delivered are not refundable. If we deliver fewer leads than purchased, the agent may choose a credit toward the next month or a refund of $7 for each undelivered lead.
  • Invalid leads: a lead with a disconnected phone number or a duplicate of an existing contact can be reported within 7 days of delivery. After review, it will be replaced.
  • Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
